Regional healthcare system is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team of supportive and collaborative providers to build an expansive team of heart and thoracic specialists.
Practice Details:
- New graduates in 2025 & 2026 are encouraged to apply. Medical director is eager to mentor new grads!
- Call at one location only with light call burden.
- Projected pump volume of 130 cases annually per surgeon.
- Program is majority cardiac cases but also includes routine thoracic and ability to do vascular cases if desired.
- Opportunity to build a robust thoracic program with robotics optional.
- Emerging TAVR and Watchman programs with plans for a MITRO Clip program in 2025.
- Onsite Procedure Rooms, Lab, Nuclear Testing, Vascular Ultrasound, Echocardiography, EKG, Coumadin Clinic, Vein Clinic, and Cardiac Rehab available.
- EPIC EMR.
- Academic appointment with no teaching required.
- APP Support: inpatient, office, and on-call.
- Applicants must be American board certified or eligible in CTS.
- New grads can expect a base salary of up to $750K with additional incentives.
